PT Initial Consultation £30. This is your no obligation consultation with me. The consultation will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour to discuss your goals.  This will be an informal meeting enabling me, to gather all of the information required to ensure that I create the best plan for you.  It will also be an opportunity for you to get to know me. The meeting can be held at either your home or perhaps a local coffee shop!   

Personal Training in your home/place of work £35* (1 hour).  Price is within 30 minutes drive of Nottingham City Centre.  Please contact me for prices beyond this radius.
